Refund policy

Order Changes and Cancellations

You have a 3-day window from the time your order is received and paid in full to make changes or cancel your order for a full refund. Please note that a small processing fee may be deducted from your refund.

Because all of our items are handmade and made-to-order, we begin preparing your order after the initial 3-day period. Changes to your order after this time may incur additional charges. Cancellations on non-personalized items and prior to shipment will incur a $15 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Once your order has been shipped, all sales are considered final.

Please contact us immediately at LegacyPending@gmail.com with any issues related to receiving the wrong product. Please note that we are unable to process returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes chosen by the customer.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to their unique nature, all personalized or customized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage you to double-check all details and spellings before submitting your order for a personalized item.
