Order Processing

Order production begins 3 days after it is received and paid in full to allow the customer time to change or cancel their order as all orders are handmade and made-to-order. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped. We estimate that all orders will ship within 1 week from the start of production. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping 

Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your products and are subject to change due to current carrier rates and seasonal surcharges. While we are not responsible for these increases, we do our best to minimize the effect on our customers. Please be aware that delivery times may also be affected by seasonal carrier volume.

Temporarily Out of Stock

In the event that an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately with your processing options and the estimated delay. If you choose not to make changes, we will split your order and ship the available components as they are completed. However, if the out-of-stock item is expected to be back in stock within a week, we may slightly delay the order so it can be shipped in its entirety.

Damages

We inspect all items before they are shipped and ensure that all products are packaged safely and securely. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We advise that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.
